Eco Retrofit

A demonstration eco retrofit project at 12 Cambridge Gardens. The Trust purchased the Victorian terraced house and converted it into 4 energy efficient flats. Lessees have since acquired the freehold. Volunteers and construction trainees learnt new skills under expert supervision during the works.
